Earth & Turf Landscape, Inc. was originally founded in Rockland County, NY in 1988 and has been in Boca Raton since 1993. Neal Elkin, President and Founder, received his education at the State University of New York at Cobleskill and his advance education at Syracuse University School of Forestry, Syracuse NY. With his landscape design and horticulture degree and 43 years of experience he can create custom landscape drawings that set him apart from the local "grass cutters".
